FM1652 - Structural Design Engineer - Contract Role - Excellent Package – London, NW1

• Structural Design Engineer required for a 12 month project, based in NW1 and working on various projects within building services

• Candidates must be suitably qualified with Seismic experience which is essential and a minimum 4 years structural design experience

FM1638 - CAD Technician - £21 - £26,000 – Guildford

• The successful candidate will be assisting the design engineer in the preperation of general arrangement drawings and reinforced concrete details. Theyw ill be looking after the internal running of small to medium sized projects and visiting the site to undertake basic site inspection.

• This is an opportunity to become part of a highly experienced and motivated team in Building Structures They must have a knowledge of how the building industry works and be happy to undertake further studying.

• Candidates must be skilled Autocad users and have an interest in 3D modelling with OHD/HND in a engineering related course. Must ahve a minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in draughting of interesting projects and have some basic site experience.

FM1637 - Structural CAD Technician - £22 - £26,000 – Birmingham

• To work with Engineers to develop CAD drawings, details and schedules for structural and civil works. To develop technical details, master plans and general arrangements from outline data for structural and civils works. To assist with work packaging and quality control of packaged work.

• Essential Qualifications HND/HNC in Civil/Structural Engineering Essential Skills or Background At least 3 years experience in producing structures and civils design drawings for developments in the private sector. .Must be proficient in CAD Personal Characteristics Hard working, flexible able to deal with a varied workload

FM1636 - Structural Engineer - £32 to £34,000 – Plymouth

• Building structures engineer to lead design of commercial building projects and to guide and oversee graduate engineers and technicians. The role will involve some level of client liaison and interaction between other professionals

• Strong forward workload in the commercial building sector arising from buoyant local market Membership of Institution of Structural Engineers Essential Qualifications Degree in civil or structural engineering

• Essential Skills or Background Essential - Demonstrable experience in design of reinforced concrete and steel building structures within a consultancy environment. Desirable - ability to use autocad and 3d modelling and analysis software.

FM1635 - Structural Engineer - £26 to £35,000 – Bristol

• Main Purpose: Work as part of the team to develop your design / detailing skills in a design Office responsible for producing structural detail drawings using AutoCAD (v.2002 min) on a range of high profile projects throughout the UK.

• Main Duties And Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of floor layout and general arrangement drawings. 2. Liaise with Clients, Main Contractors and Project Design Teams. 3. General drawing office duties as assigned. 4. Liaise with other departments to ensure delivery dates are met. 5. Assist with producing floor and design calculations and schedules commensurate with the role and within capability using in house software 6. Any other duties assigned by supervisors/managers commensurate with the role and within capability.

FM1438 - Senior Building Structures Engineer - £35 to 45k – Bristol

• Due to the expansion of the companies 30 strong team, there is a need to strengthen and expand this successful team to cope with work load demands from within the UK and overseas property market.

• The role offers an excellent opportunity to become fully involved in the design of large and interesting building structures projects as part of a very experienced team. Full project responsibility for design, fee management and client relationships will be a characteristic of the role.
