1683 - Temporary Part-time Receptionist - Wimbledon - £7.00 per hour
Experienced part-time receptionist required for established organisation based in Wimbledon Town Centre. The position is to start Monday 31.3.08 and will be on an ongoing basis.
The hours are 8.30-3pm with 1 hour for lunch, Monday-Friday. This is a front of house position where all visitors enter via a door entry system. You will greet all visitors to the building ensuring their arrival is announced to the expected persons and that they are comfortable until they are received. You will accept parcels on behalf of your clients from couriers and distribute post to the relevant persons.
You will operate a small switchboard, announcing callers and where appropriate put callers through to voice boxes. You will book appointments and meeting rooms.
Secretary Administrator, £9-11ph, SW19. Ref: OST1658
Temp required from 4.2.08 for at least 2 months. Possibly temp-perm if interested. Working as a secretary/administrator covering a varied work load.
Requirements: excellent organiser/coordinator/prioritise/initiative/excellent telephone manner/communicator/good excel spreadsheet skills and ms word skills. Responsibilities: Organising meetings, taking and writing up minutes, arranging hotel accommodation for external visitors, general admin, extensive telephone liaison with clients and customers. Working with various team members.
Hours will be 9-5 Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch.
Temp Receptionist Training Co-ordinator, £9-10ph, Victoria. Ref: OST1612
Front of House Receptionist, meeter, greeter required for training centre therefore as well as reception duties you will also be welcoming/registering trainees/showing them around the building for health and safety purposes.
You will be liaising with the trainers, checking what is needed in the training rooms, ensuring they are set up to specification, making last minute changes and providing refreshments.
You will be very well presented, friendly, helpful, have excellent customer service skills, be punctual, reliable and a team player. Hours are 8.30-5.30
Senior Administrator £7.50-£8.50 ph, SW18. Ref: OST1650
Senior administrator required to work in a busy and demanding roll, you will be able to follow instructions and have good attention to detail.
Previous and extensive administration experience and skills. Responsible for typing legal documentation required for Court. You will receive information and following a format you will look through it and document relevant information.
You will be bright and intelligent and know when to question information that may not seem quite right, making a call to check if something is right or wrong, therefore a good clear telephone manner is also required. Hours are 9-5
Administrator, £7-8ph, SW18 Ref: OST1648
Working in Wandsworth town centre within a friendly but hard working team environment.
You will be contacting education officials in order to gain and clarify information, you will be reporting this information using excel and word.
Requirements: Excellent attention to detail, excellent telephone manner and communicator, good word and excel skills. This is an ongoing requirement. Hours are 9-5

Temp required for inputting application information, you will be checking the information to be correct and relevant.
A small amount of telephone liaison. This is a part-time post requiring cover 18 hours each week, which can be spread over the whole week but must be between Monday - Friday 9-5. Position available until at least 31.3.07 possibly longer.
Position requires a person with accurate data entry skills and a confident telephone manner.
