FM1629 - Associate Director - Flood Risk and Drainage - £35 - £50,000 - Maidstone

• Our client provides cutting edge environmental solutions at the forefront of best practice. They are currently seeking a very senior civil engineer with flood risk assessment and strategic drainage modelling experience.

• Primary role - work under Director to progress a mixed range of projects including residential, commercial and industrial. Assist with management of the team and projects. Team leader for new section of flood risk an drainage strategy modelling services. Secondary role - self starter, market facing, client contact - willingness to progress to marketing role.

• Essential Qualifications Degree. Essential Skills or Background 10 years. Desirable - 15 years plus.

FM1491 - Senior Civil Engineer – Rail - £35 to 50k – Dublin

• Reporting to the Technical Director of Transportation, you will be responsible for the development and growth of the Rail team in Dublin. The company has secured two major Rail projects in Ireland and is looking to build a team to deliver these and future projects. The main responsibilities will be for delivery of both light and heavy rail infrastructure designs to contractors and national clients in Ireland (North and South).

• Responsible for the resourcing, development and leadership of a team, defining and communicating project objectives and constraints and complying with health, safety and environmental legislation, thereby delivering the end product on time, within budget and to the agreed quality. You will have the ability and enthusiasm, although not necessarily experience, to market the business to external clients.

• Skills and Qualifications: 5 years minimum experience in Rail and transportation infrastructure design. Degree qualified and preferably a Chartered Engineer with membership of the IEI, ICE or similar Institution.

FM1445 - Senior Civil Engineer - £32 - £37.5k - Cardiff

• The company are seeking experienced design engineers of chartered status (or near chartered) to join the water engineering team in their Cardiff office (other location possible). With opportunities to work on sort term missions overseas.

• Your role will include: Preparation of feasibility studies, outline and detail design of water and wastewater schemes under direction of Lead Design Engineer. This is a hands-on design role and not a design management role

• Skills and Requirements: 8 years Post-graduate experience most of which should have been within the UK water industry. • Masters degree in Civil Engineering • Chartered Civil Engineer (MICE) • Post-graduate experiences, at least half of which should have been within the water industry. Experience working in an engineering design constancy. Experience of working on design and consultancy projects. Personal Characteristics: Flexible, mobile, self-starter, good oral and written communication skills, good team player.
